First, playfully browse through an extensive list of core values. Each value is presented as a card. Just swipe right if the value resonates with you. Swipe left to dismiss it. You might recognize the mechanic from a popular dating app.
Then, turn your collected values into meaningful groups. Choose one value of each group to represent the core value. Grouping is done with a smooth drag and drop interface, so it is amazingly effortless.
