First, the article deals with focus techniques such as focus timers, Pomodoro and ways to reduce distractions. Basically all the methods you can use to extend your attention span.
Secondly, it also takes a look at the optimal conditions for extended focus. After all, if you want to improve your ability to concentrate, you also have to make sure that the basic conditions are right. For example, without sufficient sleep, it is difficult or even impossible to focus for long periods of time.
